As a community-based, not-for-profit organization, UMSC is built on the passion and commitment of volunteers who play a vital role in everything we do. From coaching and program delivery to event coordination, administration, and board leadership, our volunteers are at the heart of creating a positive, inclusive environment for players and families. Their contributions enable us to grow the game, strengthen our community, and provide meaningful experiences for athletes of all ages and abilities.
