At UMSC, Cecile Corso—Vice President and Director—continues to demonstrate that soccer is about far more than competition. It is a powerful platform for connection, inclusion, and opportunity.

Through her leadership, initiatives like High5 create meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities to experience the joy of the game, while Boost helps remove financial barriers so that every child has the chance to participate. Her work is shaping a club culture where players of all abilities and backgrounds can thrive, both on and off the field.

The Game Changers program, presented by the Canadian Premier League and Canada Soccer in collaboration with Volkswagen Canada, celebrates individuals who are making a lasting, positive impact through soccer.

Cecile’s recognition is a testament to her dedication and to UMSC’s ongoing commitment to building an inclusive and supportive soccer community.
