will run for 10 sessions.
The dates for the sessions are:

Milliken Mills Sports field Complex (Baseball diamond #4)

Your child will be partnered with a volunteer
throughout each session, or you can choose to mentor your own child.
(Please review the conditions to become a volunteer)

The cost is $60 per player. Each soccer player
will receive:
o
a team shirt
o
a ball
o
a team photo
o
a trophy
·
A Special Needs Development Soccer Program
registration form must be completed and signed prior to the start
of the season.
·
Each player must have approval from a physician
by the time of registration. The
UMSC medical form must be submitted with the registration form to
the Club office.
·
Registration is limited to 16 players.
·
A caregiver must stay during the entire session.
·
Players must wear shin-guards during the session.
