2012 Outdoor Programs Online Registration

You can now register online for our 2012 Outdoor Recreational Programs and Camps and Clinics.

Instructions for Online Registrations:
1. You'll need a Credit Card and a Login Account to perform Online Registration.
2. Click on the Register Online button below to start the registration process. You will be directed to the UMSC Members Area.
3. Click Launch Member Area where you will be directed to a secure login page.
4. If you are an existing member, enter your email address in full and your password and click Log In. For new members, you'll need to Setup Login account. This must be performed by an Adult.
Important note: Member's who have used ITSportsnet to register for other programs do not need to create a new account but rather login using their existing account. If you do not know the password; click on the email password to have this emailed to you.
5. Identify your name in the Which Member Are You drop down selection and click go.
6. You are now in the registration page. Please follow the instructions displayed.

2012 Outdoor Recreational Registration Procedures & Refund Policy:

Complete the Registration Form (download from here or pick one up at the club office)

and submit it using one of the 3 following ways:

1) Drop the registration form of at :

3) Drop it off at one of our Special Registration Events For 2012 Outdoor Season

4) Early Bird Registration for 2012 Outdoor Season until February 29th.

New Players:

Send a photocopy of your birth certificate or other official proof of age to the Unionville Milliken Soccer Club. Proof of age is required for all players registering with the Unionville-Milliken Soccer Club for the first time.

Returning Players:

A registration form has been mailed out to your home address (for outdoor seaon only). If you did not receive the form you can download one form from the web site (above) or pick one up at the UMSC office during office hours (see home page), OR Simply Register On-Line.

Method of payment:

Cheque: Make cheque payable to UMSC. Attach cheque to registration form. Please note that there is a $25 charge for a NSF cheque.

Cash: Cash payments can only be made at the soccer club office. Please ensure you receive a receipt for each cash payment.

Visa: Visa payments can be made at the club or via phone.

Refund Policy:

No Refunds after uniform distribution to teams.
There is a $25.00 non-refundable service handling fee.

Children's Fitness Tax Credit
Many of the programs offered by the UMSC may be eligible for the Federal Children’s Fitness Tax Credit. The Children’s Fitness Tax Credit is a federal non-refundable, personal tax credit up to $500 per eligible children (under the age of 16 years on January 1^st of the tax year). For example, the 2010 receipts are issued for kids born in 1994 or later. This credit may be claimed in the 2010 calendar year by parents who have registered their child in an eligible program offered by UMSC.

UMSC will mail receipts to all members at the beginning of February for payments received during the 2010 calendar year for eligible programs. Eligible programs must be ongoing, which means they must be a minimum of eight consecutive weeks. In the case of camps, they must be for five consecutive days.

Online registration only, the receipt you received when you registered online is to be used for income tax purposes. If you require a replacement copy, please contact the office. Note: please allow time to have your request processed and ready for pickup in the office.
