Meri Ortali
In memory of our dear friend, team-mate and colleague and fellow soccer parent. Born June 19, 1959   Departed April 9, 2005, surrounded by her family.

Meri was the loving mother of Marc Ortali (BU-15) and Vanessa Ortali,  wife of UMSC President Robert.  Meri will be missed by the many people whose lives she touched as Director, Soccer School, Director, Girls Competitive Soccer, Director, Rep Banquet, Producer, Rep Video Program; and Manager, BU15 CSL Competitive team.
Meri was an inspiration to us all not only as a community volunteer of wide and deep experience and involvement, but as a cancer survivor and inspiration to others afflicted with this illness which has affected too many members of our community, and which affliction she bravely struggled against, on her terms, buoyed by her faith, grace and indomitable strength, to the end of her stay with us. Godspeed, Meri, on your heavenly journey.
